What we collect

Today, this website does not run analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising scripts, and does not operate user accounts. If you contact us by email or Telegram, we retain the information you send us (such as your email address and message) in order to respond and, where applicable, to set up your subscription.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and provide support.
• To provision and manage your subscription, once self-serve billing is introduced.
• To send service-related communications, such as changes to these policies.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
• We do not request or store trading account credentials, broker API keys, or wallet private keys — Raka Markets AI never needs them, since it does not execute trades.

Third-party services

Signal delivery uses Telegram; if you subscribe via Telegram, your interactions there are also subject to Telegram's own privacy policy. Future integrations (billing provider, email delivery) will be disclosed here before they go live.

Data retention

We retain correspondence and account/billing records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, request correction, or request deletion, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on your jurisdiction, additional rights may apply.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves, particularly once accounts, billing, and analytics are introduced. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
